WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

For the Netherlands and Belgium:
-Free delivery when you spend from Euro 50, - (only for The Netherlands)
-For smaller orders we charge € 4.95 within the Netherlands and Belgium.

 

Other countries:
-The shipping costs are shown in the shopping cart. Calculated by weight and volume.

-We can only ship to the UK from 150 GBP and up.

Buyers are responsible for local duties, taxes and advancement fees at delivery in countries where applicable.

 

Return policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to make a return.

Note: In the store you will not receive a cash refund, you will receive this on the bank account you used when placing the order.

With full return of all products from the order, the shipping costs paid when placing the order will also be refunded. The costs for a return shipment are for your own account. Consult the website of your carrier for the shipping costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item, you can return the item and order a new product at the same time. Unfortunately, the payment cannot be deducted from the refund.


Refunds

When we have received your return, we will refund the amount as soon as possible. The amount will be refunded to the bank account number known to us. Please keep in mind that banks needs some time to process payments to.

 

Return a store purchase: 

Purchases that were not made through our web-shop but physically in our store can be returned for another product or a store credit. For a store purchase we have a no money back policy.
